NRML offers a 14-day return policy for store credit or exchange on all full-priced merchandise, provided items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all discounted items, footwear launches, and intimate apparel are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and invoices are included to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Item
Affix your prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Credit
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
